Notary Fees
General Notary Fee
In-person: $10 per notarized signature
Online: $25 for the first signature and $10 for each additional signature
Travel Fees
0–10 miles: $25
11–20 miles: $35
21–35 miles: $50
36–45 miles: $60
46+ miles: $60 plus $1.50 per mile beyond 45 miles (one-way)
Rush / Same-Day Service
An additional $25 fee applies to same-day or short-notice appointments, subject to availability.
After-Hours / Weekend Service
An additional $30 fee applies to appointments scheduled after 6:00 PM, weekends, or holidays.
Waiting Time
A 15-minute grace period is included. A waiting fee of $1 per minute will apply after the first 15 minutes if the client is not ready.
Cancellation / No-Show
Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice, or where the signer is unavailable at the scheduled time, will incur a $35 cancellation or no-show fee.
Document Printing
1–5 pages: No charge
6–20 pages: $5
21–50 pages: $10
51–100 pages: $15
Over 100 pages: $0.20 per page
Page count reflects total pages printed, including multiple copies if required.
Shipping Drop-Off
UPS or USPS: $7
FedEx: $5
Standard document envelopes included.
Specialty packaging will be charged as needed.
Witness Fee
If a witness is required and not provided by the client, a witness can be arranged for $25 per witness per appointment. Additional fees may apply for extended or complex signings.
Administrative Fee
An administrative fee of $5, $10, or $20 may apply depending on the level of coordination required, including extended communication, multiple signers, or third-party involvement. The applicable fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.
